Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza. Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off. Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee facility in room though. Would stay here again. It had the charm and decor of a traditional Italian hotel.

Parking under the hotel was good considering street parking. Staff, breakfast were all good. No outlets in wall near bed was a problem and the furniture was dated but it was a very nice hotel and a great value.

"Decent stayed at this property, clean room but they do need shower curtains because the water sprayed everywhere as other reviews had mentioned!
